1. Standard Fine Jewellery Orders
At Vajraa Jewels, we honor our patrons' right to amend or withdraw their purchase. For ready-to-dispatch fine jewellery pieces (solitaire rings, royal necklaces, bangles, pendants, earrings, and men's signet creations), patrons may cancel their order at any time prior to the package being handed over to our armored logistics partners (BlueDart Secure / Sequel Logistics).
Once your order has transitioned to DISPATCHED_IN_TRANSIT, the sealed tamper-proof consignment is locked under transit insurance and cannot be intercepted mid-route. In such cases, you may initiate a return or exchange under our 7-Day Purity Exchange Policy upon physical receipt.
2. Custom Bespoke Sizing & Laser Engraved Creations
Pieces requiring custom finger ring sizing (such as sizes below Indian 8 or above Indian 26), bespoke bangle circumferences, or customized laser engraving require individual atelier fabrication by our master karigars in Jaipur.
- Within 12 Hours: 100% full cancellation with no deductions if requested before gold casting begins.
- After Bullion Casting: If the metal has already been hallmarked with BIS HUID or laser engraved, an artisanal reset fee equivalent to the base making charges may apply, with 100% of the gold metal value refunded.
