Card numbers and bank credentials are tokenized directly via RBI-authorized Razorpay PCI-DSS Level 1 servers.
1. Information We Collect
To deliver an authentic fine jewellery experience, we collect only necessary patron data:
- Identity & Contact: Full name, telephone number, verified Zoho email address, and delivery PIN code for armored courier logistics.
- Ring Size Vault: Finger circumference, preferred ring size (Indian, US, UK), and bangle diameter saved in your personal dashboard.
- Statutory Tax Records: GSTIN or PAN details where mandated by Indian tax laws for high-value fine gold purchases exceeding ₹2,00,000.
2. Payment Security Protocol
Vajraa Jewels does not store raw credit card numbers, CVVs, or internet banking passwords on any website server. All financial transactions are processed over TLS 1.3 encrypted conduits through Razorpay, certified at the highest international standard: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1.
3. Patron Rights & Data Erasure
You retain complete autonomy over your personal information. At any time, you may request:
- Access to a machine-readable archive of all order history and size vault entries.
- Rectification of contact coordinates or address records.
- Permanent deletion of account credentials (subject to statutory 7-year GST audit retention for commercial invoices).
