We strictly enforce a Zero-Synthetic, Natural Diamonds Only policy. Every diamond mounted in our rings, pendants, earrings, and tennis bracelets is authenticated natural carbon formed deep within the earth.
Each solitaire piece is accompanied by a physical and digital Certificate of Authenticity from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or International Gemological Institute (IGI). The unique certificate number is microscopic-laser-inscribed directly on the diamond's girdle.

Valuations are determined via X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) non-destructive spectrometry at our Jaipur atelier in the presence of the patron or via video stream.
4. 7-Day Exchange & Resizing Policy
If a standard ring, bangle, or chain does not fit with absolute perfection, patrons are entitled to a complimentary one-time size adjustment or model exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the security tag remains attached and the piece exhibits zero wear or alteration.
