Statutory contractual terms governing purchases of certified 22K and 18K fine gold jewellery, natural solitaires, and bespoke atelier creations from Vajraa Jewels.
1. Corporate Identity & Scope
These Terms & Conditions of Sale constitute a binding legal agreement between the purchaser ("Patron", "You") and Vajraa Jewels Private Limited ("Vajraa Jewels", "Maison", "We", "Our"), having its principal registered atelier and corporate headquarters at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
By browsing, selecting, or placing an order on vajraajewels.com or via our verified WhatsApp lines, you affirm your unconditional consent to be governed by these provisions, the Bureau of Indian Standards (Hallmarking) Regulations, 2021, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. 100% BIS Hallmarking & Laser HUID Guarantee
In strict compliance with statutory regulations set forth by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India:
Contains exactly 91.6% pure gold alloyed with sovereign copper/silver for strength. Stamped with BIS triangle logo, "22K916", and 6-digit laser HUID.
Contains exactly 75.0% pure gold engineered for diamond prongs and micro-pave settings. Stamped with BIS mark, "18K750", and unique laser HUID.
Patrons may independently verify every creation using the official Government of India BIS Care Mobile Application by querying the 6-digit alphanumeric laser inscription stamped on the piece.
3. Transparent Bullion-Linked Pricing Formula
Vajraa Jewels operates on a transparent bullion pricing standard. Every retail price displayed on our website and in quotations is computed according to the following mathematical formula:
Rate Lock Rule: Because bullion rates fluctuate daily based on London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) benchmarks, the price in effect at the moment your payment is confirmed is permanent and protected against subsequent intraday price hikes.
4. Natural Diamonds & Gemstone Integrity
All diamonds mounted by Vajraa Jewels are 100% natural, earth-mined diamonds compliant with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS). We do not mount lab-grown, synthetic, or chemical vapor deposition (CVD) diamonds.
Solitaires weighing 0.30 carats and above are accompanied by an individual laboratory certificate from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or International Gemological Institute (IGI), featuring laser girdle inscriptions matching the certificate dossier.
5. Insured Logistics & Handover Protocol
All shipments are fulfilled via specialized armored couriers (Sequel Logistics, BlueDart Secure, or Malca-Amit). Every consignment is covered by 100% door-to-door transit insurance underwritten by licensed general insurance underwriters.
- Deliveries require mandatory physical recipient signature and encrypted One-Time Password (OTP) validation.
- Patrons must inspect the external tamper-proof seal before providing OTP verification to the delivery agent.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed in all respects by the substantive laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any irreconcilable dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these terms, the courts having exclusive jurisdiction shall be the competent civil courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
