3. Receipt & Unboxing Verification Protocol
To guarantee your peace of mind and uphold transit insurance validity, we request patrons follow our three-step inspection protocol upon arrival:
- Examine the Outer Seal: Check that the heavy-gauge security polybag has intact tamper-evident void tape and matches the airway bill tracking number sent to your SMS/email.
- Verify Recipient Identity: Provide the 6-digit OTP only after confirming the outer pouch is intact. Do not share the OTP over the phone prior to physical package inspection.
- Recommended Unboxing Video: For high-value solitaire creations, we encourage capturing a brief unboxing video documenting the opening of the outer pouch and velvet presentation case.
